1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account with FreeHost24 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FreeHost24 provides free web hosting accounts, including a control panel, storage, bandwidth and database resources, powered by the MyOwnFreeHost platform. Resources are provided "as is" and may be adjusted over time.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure. You may create a maximum of three (3) hosting accounts per client account.
4. Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without notice.
5. Availability
The Service is offered free of charge. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and upstream (MOFH) suspensions may affect your account.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the AUP, or that remain inactive for an extended period, as determined by the upstream platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided without charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeHost24 shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue or goodwill arising from the use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
